My oil painting, titled “The Cat Did It!”, captures a moment of playful mischief that I found both charming and humorous.  The soft fur of the dog and the delicate texture of the petals were especially fun to bring to life with my brushwork. I included a small puddle of water to hint at the recent tumble and add a bit of storytelling to the scene. For me, this piece blends elegance with a touch of lightheartedness, and I hope it makes you smile.
