This painting was done with acrylic paints,  real rocks and pigmented resin layers. Except for the rocky section, the painting has been covered with epoxy resin, resulting in a high gloss surface that brings colours alive and adds depth and dimension to the painting.

To coat my paintings, I use ArtResin,  the highest quality, non-yellowing, non-toxic epoxy resin.  To protect the acrylic colours, I apply a layer of UV archival varnish to the paintings under the resin coat.

How to care for this painting?

To clean off the dust, dab lightly with a dry cloth or a feather duster. The resin covered part can be cleaned as any glass object with a glass cleaner and dried with a soft cloth.

ArtResin covered works do not yellow or crack with age. However, to maximize its longevity, the painting should be kept away from direct sunlight and excessive heat or moisture.
