This painting was done with acrylic paints and pigmented resin layers. The painting has been covered with epoxy resin, resulting in a high gloss surface that brings colours alive and adds depth and dimension to the painting. The sandy part incorporates real shells. The shiny resin part of the water does not cover the sandy part.

To coat my paintings, I use ArtResin, the highest quality, non-yellowing, non-toxic epoxy resin.

This gallery-type wood board does not require framing, as the sides are painted.

How to care for this  painting?

For cleaning purposes, dab lightly with a dry cloth or a feather duster.

Resin covered works do not yellow or crack with age. However, to maximize its longevity, the painting should be kept in a dry place, away from direct sunlight or excessive heat.
