World-wide Shipping

I ship world-wide through Canada Post, insured regular ground service.  International over-seas shipments might take longer than usual, as they are sent by ship and not by air mail. Customs charges, if applicable, will be paid by the buyer and are not included in the shipping charges. 

FREE Local Delivery

If you live in the Ottawa area and you selected “Local Pickup” for shipping, I will get in touch with you shortly following your purchase to set up a day and time to personally deliver your purchase. Alternatively, you may pick up the artwork at my studio.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with the received artwork,  you may return it at your own shipping cost within 30 days from the purchase date only. After that time period, no returns are accepted. 

Valid return reasons for a refund are:

  • The artwork doesn’t look like the images in the shop/portfolio on Please note that the real colour of an artwork might slightly differ from the artwork image you see on your monitor, and that is not a valid reason of returning the artwork, unless the colours dramatically differ from the artwork’s image. 
  • The artwork is damaged (scratched, stained, ripped, torn, etc.), but this damage did not occur during shipping
  • Other return reasons might be considered if they are reasonable. 

While I carefully pack any artwork that I mail out, I am not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, so you will be only be refunded for what you paid for the artwork itself.

To claim a refund, please take a photo of the received artwork and contact me . Your photo must clearly show the damage or any other claim you are making.

If your claim is reasonable, I will mail you a refund cheque or send you an eTransfer. 

Shipping returns

To return an artwork, please contact me first regarding the shipping address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. 

Please use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
