Shipping

I ship world-wide through Canada Post, regular ground service.  International over-seas shipments might take longer than usual, as they are sent by ship and not by air mail.

Local Pick-up (aka delivery)

If you live in the Ottawa area and have chosen Local Pick-up at checkout, I will get in touch with you shortly following your purchase to set up a day and time of your when I will personally deliver your purchase to your doorstep.  

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with the received artwork,  you may return it at your own shipping cost within 60 days from the purchase date only. After that time period, no returns are accepted. 

While I carefully pack any artwork that I mail out, I am not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, so you will be only be refunded for what you paid for the artwork itself.

Valid return reasons for a refund are:

  • The artwork doesn’t look like the images in the shop/portfolio on erikafarkas.com.
  • The artwork is damaged (scratched, stained, ripped, torn, etc.) but this damage did not occur during shipping

Other return reasons might be considered if they are reasonable.

Please take a photo of the received artwork and contact me to claim the refund. Your photo must clearly show the damage or any other claim you are making.

If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

To return an artwork, please contact me first regarding the shipping address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. 

Please use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
