This painting was done with acrylic paints, pigmented resin layers, and some glitter. The painting has been covered with epoxy resin, resulting in a high gloss surface that brings colours alive and adds depth and dimension to the painting.
This little heart painting can be hung on the wall or kept in a display stand.
To coat my paintings, I use ArtResin, the highest quality, non-yellowing, non-toxic epoxy resin. To protect the acrylic colours, I apply a layer of UV archival varnish to the paintings under the resin coat.
