To which countries do you ship?

The artworks are shipped from Canada worldwide.

How are the artworks shipped?

The artworks are shipped in a cardboard box with Canada Post.  Depending on your location, the shipping choices are offered to you at checkout time with the aid of a shipping calculator. The rates are Canada Post live rates based on your location and the size and weight of the shipping box in which the artwork is shipped.

You will notified by email after the package was posted. Depending on your shipping choice, you will also be provided with a tracking number to use on the Canada Post website to track the package on its way to you.

The package arrived damaged…

All artworks are packaged with the utmost care and wrapped in bubble wrap to avoid damaging. However, in some cases, especially if shipped over seas or long distances, the package may arrive damaged.

The mailed packages are insured up to the sale price. If you receive a damaged package in which the artwork, the frame or the frame glass is damaged beyond repair due to shipping, please contact me immediately. In that case, you will get a full or partial refund, depending on the case.

The colours look different…

The artwork’s picture was taken and adjusted to reflect the original colours as much as possible. However, in some cases, the colours or brightness of the picture might slightly differ from the original artwork. The picture can also look different on your computer or mobile device, due to your screen settings.

Can I return it for a refund?

If for any reason (no questions asked!), you are not satisfied with the artwork, please contact me letting me know the artwork title you are returning and the date you purchased it.

Your may return it at your own cost within 2 months from the purchase date. In that case, if the returned artwork (including the frame, if applicable) arrives in perfect condition, you will be refunded the full price you paid, including the original shipping charge. After 2 months, no refunds will be issued.

What type of Payment is accepted?

The shopping cart is configured for payments through PayPal. You don’t need to have or create an account with PayPal (if you don’t already have one) to pay with your credit card.
